This page lists published or shared primer sets that have been successfully used for SWGA. If there is a clear "best" primer set, only that primer set has been included.

Note: the * in the primer sequences indicate phosphorothioate bonds. These bonds must be included at the positions indicated in the oligo to prevent primer degradation by the exonuclease activity of the phi29 polymerase.
